Aerospace
We have many products designed specifically for both cored and non-cored components while maintaining the utmost important factor of dimensional consistency. All of our Aerospace products are formulated with the most stable and long-term available ingredients to ensure that we can produce the same high-quality product for decades to come.
We offer a wide range of casting waxes that suit your individual foundry needs, from excellent surface finish to superior mechanical and flow properties and extremely low ash contents suitable for structural components, directionally solidified (DS) or single crystal (SC or SX) blades and vanes.
Industrial gas turbines
The IGT industry demands certain strength characteristics, minimal deflection and superior surface finish which you will find in each of our waxes that have been designed specifically for this industry.
As the demand for industrial gas turbines continually increases and the blades become larger and larger, you can count on us to continually develop the right waxes that maintain dimensional stability while improving the dewax and mechanical properties.
Medical prosthetics
We also have several products to choose from with extremely low ash contents, excellent surface finish and unprecedented dimensional consistency from batch-to-batch. We offer numerous different virgin and reclaim wax products designed specifically for the high volume demands of this market. We understand the technical and commercial requirements for the automotive investment casting segment and can recommend a product that works in your existing tooling, with high productivity and minimal batch-to-batch variance, while being cost-effective.
With the move to ever-increasing fuel standards, demands for turbo charger wheels continues to increase. Other automotive components continue to see high demand as well.
